Returns and Exchange
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
- We accept returns on eligible purchases within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
- Once we verify that your returned product is eligible for returns, we will process a full refund minus a flat fee shipping cost of 15€ for the return package.
- Merchandise that is used, damaged, or does not have its original packaging will not be accepted.
- Failure to return merchandise that does not meet the return requirements may result in a rejected return or a partial refund. Your return will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund. Approved refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment within approximately 14 business days, depending on your bank.
- We do monitor the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
- Eligible orders can be returned directly to our warehouse via the return split upon request.
- Please note that it is mandatory that you contact us via email prior to returning your order.
- Returns made without approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.
- Upon dispute, Bolon Eyewear reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
