How do I place an order online?
Shop > Add to cart > Checkout. You can contact us if you need assistance shopping online. If you'd like to try them on, visit any of our authorized distributors or opticians over here.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days from confirming your payment. Your order should be delivered to you within 5-10 business days from receiving your tracking number. Refer to Shipping and Delivery for more information.

Do you charge for delivery?
We currently offer free deliveries for France, Germany, Italy and Spain, and charge a flat fee of €15 for deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Portugal for all purchases online. Refer to Shipping and Delivery for more information.

How do I make changes to my order?
To edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To keep things running smoothly, make sure to include your order number (eg: EU0100) and the change(s) you want to make. We'll confirm once your order has been updated. We unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been packed or shipped.

I returned my order. When will I get my refund?
We definitely understand that you want to get your refund ASAP. Once we verify that your returned product is eligible for returns, we will process a full refund minus a flat fee shipping cost of 15€ for the return package. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed. The refund may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to refund you from the day we process your returns.

Requests for returns must be acknowledged by our customer service team via email, prior to returning your order.

Where do I return?

We offer returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order, granted all tags remain attached, and they are in brand new and unused condition.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact us for more information.

The frame that I want is out-of-stock. How can I be notified when it’s available?
Simply enter your email address under the style you’ll like to be notified on, or subscribe to our newsletter to receive all updates from us!

Do you offer different sizes for your eyewear?
Each style is available in one size only. You can refer to the size of the frames under our product specifications.

What are blue light lenses?
This is a new feature lens which neutralises the blue light that emits from LCD/LED screens, such as computers, TV screens and smartphones. It may help in reducing eye strain and fatigue and may help you sleep better. Can be added to any clear lensed glasses, with or without prescription.

What are your frames made of?
Our frames are made of premium materials. From acetate, high-quality stainless steel, to ultra-lightweight titanium.
